LogiStack Pro is an end-to-end logistics management system that unifies your workflow—from first quote to final invoice. Built in-house and used every day by Venture Logistics, it replaces scattered tools and manual admin with one fast, reliable control panel.

Licensing & support

Per-organisation licence. Active licence includes;

• Main support is provided through Venture’s private GitHub Account – see below for more info.

• Phone support for “business-critical issues” and managed cloud hosting available on request.

GitHub Support

1. You’ll need a GitHub account to access.
2. Create an account using the email you used to purchase Logistack.
3. Look for an email from GitHub with the invitation.

Setup Fee Explanation

The set-up fee is simply for my protection (and yours) ! You will notice during checkout that you’re charged for 1 month in advance (£50), the setup fee (£100), protection for you and me, for payment failures and a little grace period for accidental non-payment and payment failures for what ever reason.

That’s it, no super secret reason, it protects us both from the automatic licensing software, that flags your system as void (temporarily) and shuts down access to your site.

Essentially, you get an extended grace period before Logistack shuts down – during this time we can discuss and resolve any issues. I’m not that cruel, I know how hard it is to run a small business, and how cash flow can be limited at times.
